All registration and class fees are nonrefundable for members and non-members. We reserve the right to reschedule, as needed, due to weather and conditions. Since classes sell out in advance, we have a strict cancellation policy. You may transfer to equivalent class at the same location, if request is made 48 hours prior to the start of the class series. If you are a member, you will receive credit toward a future class at any location. All change requests must be made via email to yogatofarms@gmail.com (not phone/text, VM, or social media). Transfers and moves to another class will be allowed only once for non-members. No shows for class, without prior notification, will not receive a credit. If there is heavy rain or the location is significantly impacted by a weather event, a reschedule date will be provided or option for a credit to attend a class.
We ask that you notify by email yogatofarms@gmail.com as soon as an emergency or change arises that would impact the scheduled class to be hosted by you, or your location. If there are issues or restrictions to your facility at the time the class is scheduled, please also notify us as soon as possible so we can share the information with the class participants and arrange for another teacher, if possible. These could be facilities and services offered such as toilet, water, shop closures, space temperature issues or mowing/access, parking, etc.
Our indoor events occur rain or shine, and most of our outdoor classes will also be rain or shine, except in the cases of extreme weather such as significant heat, cold, rain, or snow that could impact our ability to access our location. Not all spaces will have heat or AC and temperatures may vary depending on class location. We reserve the right to cancel/change as needed due to weather and onsite conditions. All changes will be sent via email and most of the time will be posted on our website and all social media pages as soon as possible. If Yoga To Farm host location elects to cancel an event and a nearby location is not available to move the class to, we will provide refunds or transfer your registrations as soon as possible.
If you have a personal or medical emergency, including tested positive for a communicable virus/infection, our event cancellation policy noted above still applies. We are a small business with limited availability in our events…any last minute cancellation requests of a single registration group is likely to be a lost of income. Accordingly, while our change policy is generous and accommodating, we require 48 hours notice so we can fill any vacancies.
No exceptions will be made to our policies.
