Join us for a Tea Social followed by a New Moon Sound Bath Meditation in the heated barn this winter. Sound Bath at 6:30PM. Dress warmly and bring a mat and comfy blanket. Goats, Cats, Spa Kits, & Fun! Taught by Brenda Houde. Registration Required.

Bring your yoga and sound healing meditation practices to the farm with a peaceful morning or evening session! Immerse yourself in nature as you practice mindful movement and breathwork surrounded by the soothing sounds of goats and other farm animals nearby. This class maybe held inside barn or outside.

Family Yoga & Sound Healing at Cider Hill Farm

Bring your yoga and meditation practice to the farm with a peaceful morning  session! Immerse yourself in nature as you practice mindful movements followed by crystal bowl meditation. This class is for all ages and family-focused  held outside in the fitness meadow or under the tent if inclement weather.

Guided Farm Walks: A Wellness Stroll Through Nature

Weekly walks at Great Rock Farm in Georgetown. Say hello to the animals and enjoy the miles of trails in remote 55- acre farm.
