BREWS + CHAIR YOGA

Join us for Brews + Chair Yoga, a 50-minute all-levels class led by Kristin Klipp inside the cozy taproom at Gentile Brewing. We’ll stretch, breathe, laugh a little, and settle into a calm, feel-good reset without ever getting down on the floor. No yoga experience needed, just comfy clothes and a willingness to unwind. Ages 16+.  $30 per person 

Mindfulness on the Farm: Guided Farm Walks.

Held at Great Rock Farm in Georgetown. Say hello to the animals and enjoy the miles of trails in remote 55- acre farm. So much fun for all ages

Join us for a 45-minute Yoga with Dogs class.  Ages 10+ welcome and all levels.  Younger with prior email request.  Practice Yoga with your well-behaved and friendly Dog.  Don’t have a dog, no problem you can still participate in this yoga class. BYO Mat or Towel.  Registration Encouraged.
